This document constitutes the Orientation Paper of the Precoll Policy Projects for Regional Cooperation in the field of Lifelong Education, carried out by the University of Florence (Italy) - Department of Educational Sciences and Cultural and Training Processes (2008/11294 agreement), in partnership with the Generalitat de Catalunya, Junta de Andalucía, the Regione Toscana, Welsh Assembly Government, the County Council of Jämtland, the NIACE Dysgu Cymru-National Institute for adult education, the Provincia di Livorno Sviluppo Srl, the subcontractor Melius Srl (www.mutuallearning. eu). This document was approved by the General Assembly of EARLALL held in Brussels on February 16, 2010.
