This study focuses on the relationship between innovation and crisis in the Accademia degli Investiganti of Naples (1650–1750). Founded by Cornelio and Di Capua, it developed an experimental and anti-dogmatic method that overcame Aristotelian tradition, integrating medicine and natural philosophy.
