The volume includes a selection of contributions that are part of Riccardo Del Punta’s varied reflections on the classic themes of labour law and are grouped into six distinct thematic sections, inspired by the systematics of his handbook. The book opens with an introduction by William Chiaromonte, who guides the reader through the development of Del Punta’s thematic reflection, and with the incomparable “Introduction” to his handbook, through which the Author explicates – ideally dialoguing with his students – the method he follows to orient himself in the complex world of labour law and, more generally, his own essence as a jurist.
