This volume examines the anti-mafia interdiction order in light of recent legislative and judicial developments. It reconstructs the legal nature, preventive function and procedural framework of the measure, focusing on its substantive requirements, administrative procedure, judicial review and practical effects. Particular attention is devoted to the temporal effectiveness of the measure and the mechanisms for its review and updating. The study assesses whether the current legal framework achieves a proper balance between preventing mafia infiltration into the lawful economy, protecting economic public order and safeguarding the constitutional rights of affected businesses.
