This series, associated with the Department of Legal and Social Sciences at the “G. d’ Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara, offers a qualified space for academic research in the legal field.
Covering all areas of law in its domestic, supranational, and comparative dimensions, it brings together contributions not only from scholars affiliated with the Department but also from national and international experts.
With a strong commitment to openness and interdisciplinary dialogue, the series promotes methodological rigour and scholarly debate on topics of theoretical and practical significance. Featuring previously unpublished monographs, edited volumes and conference proceedings, the series aims to foster the development of research and the dissemination of knowledge within the academic community, in accordance with universally recognised standards.

All books published in the series undergo peer review.
