After beginning with an analysis of a historical trajectory, followed by an attempt at ontological understanding, and finally, the addition of central aspects of a legal-constitutional epistemology that would allow us to construct the object of study that gives this work its title, the ninth and final chapter risks leaving questions more open and unresolved, instead of providing precisely new answers to the transnational constitutional phenomenon. In order not to avoid offering answers, or at least attempts to do so, the following first section aims to demonstrate how the emergence and development of transnational constitutionalism can be understood from what we will call discursive realism.
