It examines the possible implications arising from the European legal framework on State aid. Considering an analysis of its prescriptive content (prohibition, derogations, exemptions, and de minimis rules), the chapter assesses the compatibility of the proposed measures and the risks of recovery, while proposing criteria for prudent application.
