The private book collection of Giacomo Caputo (1901–1992), preserved at the Museum and Institute of Prehistory in Florence, offers valuable insight into the intellectual context and scientific production of a key figure in 20th-century Italian archaeology. The project aims to reconstruct and enhance Caputo’s complete bibliography, including lesser-known production, such as reviews and methodological notes. Through Wikidata, the bibliography becomes a dynamic, interoperable ecosystem, fostering accessibility and new research paths while proposing a replicable model for the digital valorization of personal funds.
