La teoria dello sviluppo capitalistico: sottoconsumo e monopolio, un’analisi iniziale del capitalismo monopolistico

  • Amos Cecchi

The interpretation of Marx by the young Sweezy is reconstructed here: the labor theory of value in its qualitative and quantitative aspects, the critique of the law of the falling tendency of the rate of profit, and the analysis of capitalist crises (including the tendency to underconsumption). Cecchi also highlights a flattened and obscured view of monopoly capitalism in Sweezy’s work.
