This article presents a transferable training programme developed within the EU project CARE4CARE to support improved job quality and non-discrimination in the care sector. Drawing on comparative research and evaluations from national training sessions conducted in six countries; it outlines a modular curriculum combining shared core content with nationally tailored pathways. The programme targets trade unions; employers’ organisations and other stakeholders; strengthening capacities in labour law; equality; negotiation and conflict management. The article argues that this model offers a scalable approach for EU-level capacity building in care-related industrial relations.
