Conclusion and Future Perspectives

  • Liliana Napolitano

This chapter summarizes the study's dual contribution to AD diagnosis and therapy, highlighting the validation of novel biophysical biomarkers and the efficacy of engineered sdAbs. While results are promising, further validation in larger cohorts and plasma samples is required. Additionally, future testing in iPSCs and animal models will be essential to facilitate clinical translation and confirm the diagnostic potential of these tools in the preclinical phase of the disease.
