The subtitle of the manual (wisdom and method of entrepreneurial action) is meant to highlight the approach to content and methods of the entrepreneurial experiences. The approach to the content is reflected in the PESO model (Politics, Ethics, Strategy, Organisation); the methodological approach is highlighted in the models SVoPA (Sapere, Volere, Potere, Azione - knowledge, will, power, action), IPIR (Interpretation, Planning, Implementation, Realization), AMCI (Apprendimento, Motivazione, Comunicazione, Innovazione - learning, motivation, communication, innovation), V&S (Valore e Sviluppo - value and development). The key phrase of the whole manual is the following Renaissance aphorism by an anonymous Florentine: "No enterprise, however small it may be, can find its beginning and fulfilment without knowledge, without power, without a will filled with love". In this sense, the work not only develops following the line of knowledge, will, power, action to finish with judgement, but also underlines a philosophy of action proposed to leaders in search of a wisdom that supports a sustainable success.
