3.1 Etica di impresa

Considerazioni teoriche ed evidenze tecniche
  • Cristiano Ciappei,
  • Debora Ninci,

The book offers theoretical reflections, tools and techniques for a business ethics that aims at building social well-being. A correct connotation of business ethics is seen in its role as an interface between the ontology of the "business phenomenon" and the social ethics of its work, and it is argued that business development can be such only if it induces the emancipation of the people with whom the business comes into contact. In other words, a development in which not only the economic results are important, but above all the way of achieving them and using them. In the enterprise too, priority is therefore taken in the sense of a practice implemented with conscience that facilitates the full development of people, workers or consumers.
