This volume presents the final reflections on a collective interdisciplinary and collaborative project aimed at exploring educational and training practices for active ageing. The voices gathered together, which include researchers, professionals, practitioners, and volunteers, convey a broad and shared ambition for participation, attentive listening, and the construction of meaning. The perspective discussed in this volume advocates for the development of a Pedagogy of ageing, grounded in intergenerational educational processes, circular learning environments, and a shared culture of ageing. It highlights the human dimension of longevity, while promoting co-designed participatory practices and evaluating good practices within local communities as ongoing process. The volume ends with a set of strategic proposals, envisioning a society capable of interweaving care, lifelong learning, and hope across all stages of life, supported by policies that recognize the educational and formative value of these actions.
