Grafting the transgenerational perspective of ageing onto the socio-health dimension necessitates a radical rethinking of health systems, including their organization and objectives. Consequently, there’s a growing need to reconfigure care models to favor integrated actions of prevention, promotion, and health education, centered on individuals’ needs and potential (WHO 2016). This shift expands the role of care professionals, requiring a broader range of tasks and skills. This article presents the findings of a systematic review of scientific insights concerning the definition of a leadership model, organizational practices, and the skills of educational, training, and care professionals activated and supported by the hospital school.
