Il futuro nelle parole: un per-corso di Biblioterapia per l’invecchiamento attivo

  • Carla Facchini
  • Patrizia Lefons

This contribution first outlines the conceptual framework underpinning the reflective and dialogical pathways promoted by the Nestore Association, within a broader vision of active ageing. It then focuses on the Association’s, most recent bibliotherapy initiative, which explored the lived experience of time during the transition from work to retirement – a phase of life marked by shifting rhythms and changing priorities.
