The work was born from the declared need of adult foreign students to socialize and feel more integrated into the social context. It was designed as a CLIL project for the Italian language, focusing on the knowledge of the body, actions, expression of needs, emotions, and relationships, using the Biodanza Method, whose aim is the integration and psychophysical well-being of the person. For the evaluation of progress and effectiveness, systematic observations were carried out and anonymous questionnaires were administered, including a space for free expression (beginning, middle, and end of the course). Furthermore, integration and social and cultural inclusion were promoted among adult foreign and Italian participants enrolled at the CPIA, the local services, resulting in overcoming social and environmental isolation and marginalization. The main goal is to make them active adult citizens. The project, started in Oristano in 2021 and carried out during the 2022-25 three-year period, at the request of the local Social Services, is also active in the branches of Mogoro, Uras, and Ghilarza.
