The paper provides an introduction on the recent developments of the growing trend of ‘judicialisation’ of climate crisis (climate litigation) through which climate action and accountability have been progressively shifted from purely political arena into domestic and international courts. The contribution also reflects over the practical effectiveness of climate litigation at the international level.
