Intelligenza artificiale e strumenti digitali del mercato dell’arte. Considerazioni introduttive

  • Roberto Senigaglia

Starting from the inseparable link between art, person, and creativity, the artistic nature of works generated solely by AI is excluded. However, intelligent technologies such as blockchain and NFTs provide new tools to enhance legal protection, ensuring authenticity, traceability, and legitimate use. The text calls for a rethinking of traditional legal categories, emphasizing the regulatory potential of digital systems in the artistic and cultural sectors.
