Corporate doctrines have always borrowed philosophical, social or political theories formulated by thinkers who are often very far from entrepreneurial or managerial issues. This work intends to overturn this perspective by proposing an approach that starts from the entrepreneur meant as a model of leader involved in the production, of ruler of complex actions (companies), to propose to philosophers, sociologists and political scientists a general theory of administration regarding acting among difficult realities.
